Me and my family go there every weekend. We live an hour away, We drive an hour there and back. There's a grocery store in there too. They have a clean bathroom. They have a lot of option to choose from drinks, food, and snacks. I give them a five star. My family and I have been going there for months. I would 100% recommend going.
I'm so glad I tried this spot out! It's exactly what I was craving - authentic Mexican flavor that hits the spot! The tamales were a highlight, and I loved trying all the different varieties. And that green salsa? Chef's kiss, indeed! The service was top-notch, too - everyone was sweet, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I'm already planning my next visit and can't wait to recommend this gem to friends and family!
Frida’s restaurant is one of my favorite places in town. Their smoothies literally save my life, always fresh ingredients and a clean environment. The food bar with beef stew, chicken, rice and beans etc is phenomenal, and great when you’re in a pinch and need a quick delicious meal. They have essentials as well, it really can be a one stop shop. I come here at least once a week for my smoothie, they know my order by heart lol. I highly recommend stopping here!!
Wow, was I surprised with Frida Restaurant and Grocery. As always I brought one of my kids to dinner and opinion. First off the owner greeted us with a huge smile and brought us to a table. The place was spotless and well decorated. Offering both food and groceries Frida's had a nice mix. Now to the food. As you can see we ordered a Taco Salad and several tacos. The servings were large and cooked as soon as we ordered. Sometimes food sits there and then is served at some restaurants. Not here. The Taco Salad offered well seasoned beef over a bed of lettuce with beans, corn, tomato, cilantro and more. Delicious and well presented. We ordered Camita which is deep fried pork, Al Pastor which is marinated pork with pineapple, Chorizo and Pescado fish tacos. All large and excellent. We then went to the Grocery store section and grabbed some Chorizo and Mango Juice. The grocery section has everything you are looking for. Five stars.
Stopped in on a road trip without knowing anything about this place. The waitstaff and atmosphere are so welcoming, and everything was delicious. The al pastor tacos were amazing! Their homemade salsas are fabulous, too.
I love this place! The food is fresh, filling, made with love. The rice, I'm craving it. I'll be having it at least once per week if I can.
Update* We've now ordered from here at least 5 times. Sometimes it's just our family of 4 and sometimes it's for 10 people. The food is ALWAYS great and they always get it right, even when it's a huge order! This is my favorite Mexican restaurant! Delicious food! Will definitely order from here again!
